    Our process typically involves an initial consultation, a site visit, design work (which is a paid service applied to the project’s budget upon approval), followed by estimates, material selections, and finally, the build-out.

  • What are the typical costs for your services?

    Costs vary depending on the scope of the project, ranging from $7,500 to $200,000.

  • Do you offer design services?

    Yes, we provide design-only services for a fixed fee.

  • Are there any discounts available?

    Yes, we offer discounts to military personnel, EMS, police, and school teachers.

  • How is payment processed when I’m ready to begin?

    For projects under $10,000, we require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For projects exceeding $10,000, we take 40% to initiate, another 40% to continue, and the remaining 20% upon completion.
